Savage Rivale Roadyacht GTS

 Hey so here's the Mystery Car revealed. It's Called the Savage-Rivale Roadyacht GTS, and with a drop top roof, 4 doors and a 670hp 6.2L V8 all combined into one. It makes this car the first 4 door convertible supercar. But this car isn't all power with weight issues to hold it back. With a 0-62mph of just 3.4 seconds and a top speed said to be over 205mph this is leaving Audi's fastest car to date the R8 GT V10 in it's dust. Impressive to say the least. So here's more pics of this dutch beauty.

Motivation

It's amazing the lengths we all go for our car, all in the name of love for these 4 wheeled machines. The time, money and detail that go into cars whether it is a car built for the track, or a show car. What motivates a car enthusiast to do so much just for the love of cars, here's some video's to keep up the motivation :D

H2Oi 2011

H2Oi 2011 was probably the most anticipated car show in the North American Euro car scene. Car Enthusiasts from all over North America were spending countless hours building and tuning their cars strictly for this show. More than 1500 cars attended over the 2 day period that the show took place. H20i has cars for all types of enthusiasts from Euro to JDM, Static to bags and had to be heaven for the wheel whores out there. Detailed & Awesome

Hey guys so coming from Manchester, England is the Detailed & Awesome Summer Bash that went down earlier this year. I was actually planning on going to this show in 2010 when I went on holiday to England, but it turned out that I wasn't able to rent a car due to being under 25. Today while searching the internet for pictures from this year's show I stumbled upon a couple photo's from Adam Kennedy Photography.

Gatebil

While searching online for hooning and shenanigans, I came across pics from Gatebil. Gatebil is Norway's biggest car event. It is held toward the beginning of July and brings in car nut's of all kinds. While it is a car show, there are many events such as drag racing, time attack and drifting exhibitions by the pro's and the Joe's. Best of all all drifting sessions were free. Call Of Duty

So as we all know Call of Duty was released today and that means men and teenagers of all ages won't be attending work and school for the next 2 or 3 days... including me. While I was at the Toronto Auto Show this year, I saw the new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: MW3 special edition. I must say I thought it was cute and underestimated how much different this is compared to the regular 'everyday' wrangler. While based on the Rubicon, this edition comes with winch ready front and rear bumpers, rock sliding gear, a two inch lift from the regular Wrangler Rubicon, stickers galore, and an epic commercial to boot. I must say Round of applause to the guys at Jeep.

Movember Madness

Movember, the month of the stache, and what better way to celebrate this than with a moustache on your car. Micheal Rivet, a car enthusiast to say the least and avid photographer decided to share with the world his love of the moustache by adorning his Miata with it's very own stache. To tell the truth, this car has become quite the head turner over the past few months since receiving some new shoes and an improved suspension setup. A new heart and turbo setup are in the midst at the moment. More to come on this Miata in the near future.

Hey guys and welcome to Status Autosports. I have created this blog to share my love for cars with everyone else. I will mostly be posting pictures and videos but now and again I will be talking about car clubs,  car shows, motorsports and general car news from around the world. I will also be doing the random review on automotive stores in the Greater Toronto Area and Durham. Leave all feedback good or bad.
